Event Manager (all genders)
Frequentis Group with headquarters in Vienna is an international supplier of communication and information systems for control centres with safety‑critical tasks. Worldwide, more than 500 customers in some 150 countries with more than 45,000 workstations trust our know‑how and proven experience.
Key Tasks
* Plan, organize, and deliver international trade fairs, customer and partner events, and internal sales events
* Develop and execute creative event concepts that reflect and strengthen our brand identity
* Collaborate closely with Product Management, Strategic Product Marketing, and Strategic Business Units to define themes, messaging, and content
* Manage external vendors (booth builders, agencies, technical service providers) and coordinate cross‑functional internal stakeholders
* Prepare event briefings, run‑of‑show plans, speaker materials, and communication assets
* Oversee budget planning, cost control, and on‑time execution
* Drive lead capturing, follow‑up, and event evaluation including KPI reporting for Marketing and Sales
Key Qualifications
* Degree in Marketing, Communications, Event Management, or comparable field
* 3–5 years of professional experience in event management, ideally in an international B2B/B2G environment
* Experience working with technical product teams is an advantage
* Proven track record in managing complex event and trade show projects
* Structured, proactive, and solution‑oriented working style
* Strong communication and coordination skills and enjoyment of teamwork
* Experience with event technologies, CRM, or marketing automation systems is beneficial
* Fluent German and English skills

Salary
The remuneration for this position consists of the collective agreement minimum salary of EUR 43,529 gross per year (based on a 38.5 hour week) PLUS an overpayment in line with the market depending on your professional qualifications and experience.
