As a global Experienced Project Manager you manage the international rollout of our CPQ solution. You ensure full enablement throughout the sales network and coordinate all rollout activities in close collaboration with the Product Owner and regional sales organizations.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage the international CPQ rollout across product lines, regions, and distributors, including supporting distributors in integrating the system into their processes and deploying it to their sales partners
Ensure CPQ features are available throughout the entire sales structure
Plan and conduct training sessions, workshops, and webinars for internal and external users
Maintain ongoing communication with users to gather and relay feedback, while closely collaborating with the Product Owner and regional sales organizations to drive continuous tool improvement
Develop rollout plans, coordinate schedules and resources, and monitor progress to provide timely updates to management
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS
Completed technical or commercial education as well as relevant professional experience in a similar position – ideally in an international environment
Good understanding of sales processes as well as a high level of customer orientation; experience with CPQ systems is a plus
Independent, structured, and solution‑oriented work style
Excellent English and German communication skills and proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Willingness to travel (up to 30%) and intercultural competence

Minimum yearly gross salary according to the Austrian metal industry collective agreement is EUR 60.962,30 based on full‑time employment. According to experience and qualification, we offer a market‑conforming overpayment.
