How you will contribute:
* Support and partner with the Senior People Lead on policy and change initiatives, understanding their impacts.
* Collaborate with the MD Austria and management team on business priorities and planning, providing strategic guidance.
* Use data analytics to drive business decisions, support operational processes, and translate insights into actionable plans.
* Lead talent management practices, including workforce planning, talent acquisition, leadership development, and succession planning.
* Build capabilities that support consumer-centric growth and operational excellence.
* Manage works council relations and ensure compliance with labor laws and policies.
What you will bring:
Experience and knowledge in:
* HR leadership with curiosity, insight, and external perspective.
* Generalist HR skills across various populations, ideally within FMCG/CPG.
* Strong partnership and change leadership skills.
* Ability to influence and inspire others.
* Market trend awareness and future-oriented thinking.
Additional qualities:
* Passion for HR.
* Fluent in English and German.
* University degree.
* Experience in matrix organizations.
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
* Knowledge of works council and Austrian labor law.
* Strong business acumen and prioritization skills.
* Curiosity and external perspective on business performance.
Mandatory information in Austria: Salary is aligned with the Collective Labor Agreement for Crafts and Trade for Employees. The gross annual salary starts at EUR ,--, paid over 14 months. Salary may be negotiable based on experience and qualifications.
