Dasher is not your regular consumer goods company. We're a fast-moving crew operating across e-commerce, B2B, retail, and brand management — representing globally recognised brands and bringing them closer to Australian consumers.

One of our key brands is Levoit — a leading name in air purifiers and home wellness products with a strong and growing presence in Australia. Levoit is already on the shelves at JB Hi-Fi, and we're pushing hard to cement its position across more offline channels nationwide (ie Harvey Norman.

We're also a multi‑brand business — more brands are joining the portfolio, which means more opportunity for you as we scale.


What's your role?

Own the offline channel: Get Levoit ranged and listed at Harvey Norman, JB Hi‑Fi, The Good Guys, and beyond — from first conversation all the way to signed trading terms. This isn't maintenance work; you're building from the ground up.

Work the room: Manage buyer relationships day-to-day. Range reviews, promo planning, product launches — you're the face of Dasher and Levoit at every retailer meeting.

Hit the road: Regular store visits across Australia — check displays, stock levels, POS compliance, competitor activity. You're in the field as much as you're at a desk.

Think beyond the big boxes: Pet specialty (Petbarn, PETstock), health (Chemist Warehouse), homewares — if Levoit fits on their shelf, you'll figure out how to get it there.

Train the floor: Run product knowledge sessions with retail staff so they can actually sell our products, not just stock them.

Report back: Weekly visit reports and monthly account updates to the director. We're a lean international team — being clear and consistent with async comms matters.


What's the skill required?

More than 2 years in account management, territory sales, or trade sales — consumer electronics, home appliances, FMCG, or something close.

You've been in a Harvey Norman, JB Hi‑Fi or any other significant retail channel's buyer meeting and you know how those conversations go. Existing relationships at our target retailers (ie Harvey Norman, Aldi, Woolworths etc.) is a big plus.

Comfortable flying solo in‑market and reporting to an overseas‑based director — you don't need someone looking over your shoulder to get things done.

Commercially sharp — you understand trading terms, margin dynamics, co‑op budgets, and how to make a sell‑in deck land.

Valid Australian driver's licence + your own car — store visits are a core part of this gig.

Happy to travel interstate when the role needs it.


Who's there to support you?

Director (Malaysia): Your direct report and strategic partner — here to remove the big blockers and keep the overall direction on track.

Marketing and Creative team: Brand assets, POS materials, campaign support — you won't be creating things from scratch every time.

Operations & logistics: Sample dispatch, demo unit allocation, stock coordination — the heavy lifting is sorted.
