Low Voltage System Assembly (LVSA) - Value Stream Lead (m/f/d)
This position is based at our manufacturing plant in Schrems, Austria.
Key Responsibilities
* Own the full LVSA post‑order flow — from engineering through production, testing, and delivery.
* Drive cross‑functional alignment across all post‑order phases to deliver on safety, quality, cost, and schedule.
* Deploy the Target Operating Model and lead the SIOP process to maximise factory efficiency and profitability.
* Ensure on‑time delivery by managing lead time, WIP, and throughput — intervening early when needed.
* Lead a multidisciplinary team: post‑order management, engineering, production, and project supply chain.
* Set clear accountability and foster collaboration across functions.
* Align engineering and production capacity with project demand in line with the strategic plan.
* Define standardised processes and drive improvements in productivity, quality, and lead time.
* Lead value stream optimisation, digitalisation, and Industry 4.0 initiatives.
* Act as escalation point for delays, conflicts, and resource constraints — ensuring customer commitments are met.
Qualifications and Skills
* Degree in Engineering, Technical Business Administration, or equivalent.
* 5+ years in operations, engineering, or project management within an industrial manufacturing environment.
* Proven experience leading cross‑functional teams or managing value streams.
* Strong understanding of LVSA architecture, system design, and manufacturing constraints.
* Knowledge of IEC 61439 standards and project execution processes.
* Familiarity with engineering tools (e.g., EPLAN Electric P8) is an advantage.
What Sets You Apart
* A leader who develops people — not just manages them.
* Structured, process‑driven, and comfortable navigating complexity.
* A clear communicator across technical and operational boundaries.
* Strong ownership mindset with decisive problem‑solving capability.
