Responsibilities
* Manage local implementation projects, ensuring smooth and effective rollouts. Build and upskill local teams.
* Tailor proven concepts to meet specific local plant needs while translating local requests into concrete business cases.
* Drive the future of digital manufacturing by contributing to the creation of digital twins for production lines. Collect data, help identify production disturbances, and contribute to data-driven decisions for continuous improvement.
* Lead multifunctional and international teams, foster knowledge sharing, establish best-practice networks, and contribute to shaping internal manufacturing processes.
* Work closely with production units to translate needs into specific requirements, test new solutions, and train local experts on new functionalities.
* Participate in selecting relevant data points, setting project priorities, and managing implementation projects while ensuring alignment with data consumers.
Your Profile
* Excellent interpersonal communication skills and the ability to lead teams across functions.
* Good practical knowledge of extrusion and injection molding processes.
* Basic understanding of networks, connectivity, and industrial network policies.
* Strong skills in project management, including scheduling, structuring workflows, and navigating project complexities.
* Passionate about digitalization and innovation, with an interest in transforming manufacturing through IIoT solutions.
* Completed trainings in Lean / Six Sigma techniques is an advantage.
* Knowledge of sensors and measuring devices on production lines is an advantage.
* Willingness to travel (10% depending on project requirements).
