All the responsibilities we'll trust you with:
1. As the HR Planning & Reporting Specialist, you’ll be responsible for workforce and personnel cost planning, as well as HR analytics. In addition to supporting HR Managers and HR Business Partners in planning execution and adopting HR analytics tools, you’ll serve as the first point of contact for finance-related inquiries and collaborate closely with HRIS.
2. In this role, you'll drive effective workforce and personnel cost planning across the organization. You'll partner with HR Managers and HR Business Partners and collaborate with Finance to facilitate and execute a timely, efficient planning cycle.
3. As the HR Planning & Reporting Specialist you'll ensure comprehensive reporting of planning results by running and continuously improving workforce planning reporting. You'll support HR Managers and Business Partners in leveraging KPI reporting and other reporting tools to gain insights, and you'll handle ad hoc data requests to address ongoing business needs.
4. In this role, you'll align with stakeholders across HR and Finance to drive a structured and efficient planning process. You'll act as the primary point of contact for Finance-related HR inquiries and closely collaborate with HRIS on planning and data projects and system enhancements, including BI initiatives.
5. 3+ years’ experience in workforce planning, HR reporting, or related Controlling roles.
6. Advanced level of MS Excel.
7. Process driven and structured.
8. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
9. Quick learner, self-motivated and able to work independently.
10. Good command of English, both spoken and written, ability to communicate effectively with internal customers, locally and internationally.
