As an HR Technology Expert, you will play a key role in shaping our technology landscape. You’ll collaborate with HR, IT, and business leaders to drive emerging technologies, create a seamless employee journey, and optimize data-driven decision-making.
Responsibilities
* Develop and implement a strategic HR technology roadmap aligned with business goals
* Stay updated on industry trends and evaluate emerging technologies for potential adoption
* Lead the integration of AI solutions into HR processes, from recruitment to performance management
* Improve employee experience through intuitive, user-friendly HR systems
* Work with vendors to optimize solutions and explore new partnerships
* Ensure data accuracy, completeness, consistency, and timeliness
Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree in HR, Computer Science, or related field; Master’s preferred
* Proven experience in HR technology implementation and optimization
* Knowledge of generative AI, machine learning, and data analytics is a plus
* Experience with data quality tools and profiling
* Excellent stakeholder communication skills
* Ability to combine strategic thinking with practical execution
