As our Digital Solutions Manager (m/f/d) – Service Contracts Platform you’ll become the driving force behind the digital transformation of our global service business! In this pivotal role, you will own and shape the future of our MYAC Commercial Platform, which powers the full lifecycle of our Contractual and Material Service Agreements. Your expertise will directly impact how we deliver value to our customers and internal teams, ensuring seamless, data-driven, and automated processes that support INNIO’s growth and operational excellence.

Your Responsibilities
* Platform Ownership & Innovation: Lead the continuous development and optimization of the MYAC platform, ensuring it robustly supports all contract lifecycle stages and business needs
* Strategic Collaboration: Work closely with Service Sales, Execution, Product Management, Pricing, IT, Digital, Finance, and external partners to align priorities and deliver impactful solutions
* Process & Data Excellence: Harmonize business processes and data across MYAC, Salesforce, Oracle, myPlant, and other key systems, driving integration and consistency
* Requirements Leadership: Gather, define, and prioritize business and IT requirements, ensuring effective implementation with all stakeholders
* Business Enablement: Empower Service Product Management to reach business targets through process improvements, automation, and innovative digital solutions
* Data Integrity & Automation: Champion data accuracy and process automation for contract, billing, and operational data, ensuring high-quality, reliable information
* Project & Vendor Management: Oversee external consultants and manage sub-projects and system enhancements to deliver on business objectives
* Change Leadership: Drive adoption of new digital processes and functionalities through training, enablement, and change management initiatives
Your Profile
* Bachelor/Master degree in Business Administration, IT, Engineering, or related field
* Strong experience in B2B Service or Digital Product Management, Commercial Solutions, or application ownership (ideally in industrial/energy sector)
* Good experience with Jenbacher technology and related Services
* Good experience with complex data structures and data harmonization
* Strong project management and stakeholder coordination skills
* Experience with contract management and process automation
* Ability to work with cross-functional teams and to interact at all levels of the organization
* Analytical mindset, hands-on attitude, and ability to drive change
* Knowledge of ERP & CRM software (e.g., Oracle or SAP, SalesForce)
* Demonstrated proficiency in advanced Microsoft Excel and Visio
* Experience in DBeaver & Python for database management, data analysis and automation
* Excellent communication skills in English, German or other languages are a plus
