In this role you oversee and drive the execution of global legal operations projects, ensuring seamless integration of business applications within the existing legal technology landscape. Lead cross-departmental initiatives and autonomously manage project deliverables while maintaining and enhancing the current toolset.

1. Lead and manage digital transformation projects, ensuring successful implementation and user adoption. Responsibilities include:

2. Develop and deliver insightful reports and data analyses to support data-driven decision-making within the Legal team. Ensure high data quality across our systems.
3. Lead the determination and definition of project scope and objectives in collaboration with stakeholders. Developing detailed project schedules and continuously monitor progress to ensure timely delivery. Providing regular updates to various stakeholders, keeping them informed about project developments. Implementation of industry best practices, methodologies, and standards to ensure efficient project execution. Offer project management coaching to promote growth and adherence to established standards.
4. Facilitate knowledge hubs and centers of influence across the organization. Design an intuitive intranet experience for easy sharing and retrieval of best practices. Encourage documentation and sharing of work using standard templates and formats. Mitigate the risk of knowledge loss due to staff turnover and role transitions
5. Continuously stay informed about global trends, best practices, and innovations in Legal Operations, while identifying and evaluating potential tools and technologies that align with organizational needs and drive efficiency.
6. Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field - a Master's degree is a plus.
7. 5-8 years of project management experience, preferably in a legal or related field
8. Certified Project Management Professional (PMP), PRINCE2 Practitioner, or an equivalent certification/training based on PMP is highly desirable
9. Expertise in project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices
10. Experience with database systems and master data maintenance is advantageous
11. Strong technical acumen and a solution-oriented mindset
12. In-depth understanding of legal topics
13. Highly committed, responsible, analytical, process-oriented, and precise in work
14. Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel
15. Excellent communication skills in English and a passion for engaging with diverse stakeholders - German language is a plus
