What will your day look like?
* Acquire new B2B clients in FMCG (modern & traditional trade);
* Manage operations and communication with B2B customers;
* Manage the implementation of GymBeam commercial strategy to customers;
* Negotiate contracts and annual terms in cooperation with the Head of B2B;
* Deliver customer growth;
* Analyze market data with internal data software for analysis;
* Monitor specific goals and ensures these goals are met, particularly margin, profit and revenue.
Who are we looking for?
* 1–2 years of experience in B2B sales (FMCG) with knowledge of operations, category management, and data analysis is an advantage;
* Experience in operations management, category management and data analysis;
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail and accuracy;
* Excellent organizational and planning abilities;
* Proficiency in English at B2 level;
* German - native language proficiency;
* Ambitious, proactive, and dynamic personality with a growth mindset.
