Global Supplier Quality & Compliance Manager (m/f/d) (Real World Evidence)

We are currently seeking a talented and motivated Global Supplier Quality & Compliance Manager to join our Global Quality Medicine Department in Vienna. The role will focus primarily on suppliers performing Real World Evidence / Non‑Interventional study activities.
Tasks & Responsibilities
* Provide input into the global strategy for supplier quality management and ensure execution of the strategy for assigned suppliers, interacting directly with the suppliers to ensure appropriate quality management and oversight.
* Perform the process‑defined tasks of qualification, oversight, and termination of suppliers for Quality Medicine, with a specific focus on suppliers performing Real World Evidence / Non‑Interventional study activities.
* Support the preparation, management, and performance of inspections with respect to the supplier‑related activities.
* Provide consultancy and guidance cross‑functionally on GxP topics regarding supplier and service‑related topics and author the Quality Management Agreements, when required.
Requirements
* Bachelor or Master’s degree in Biology, Sciences, Business (e.g., MBA, MSc) or a comparable qualification.
* Experience with GCP quality management systems and Real World Evidence / Non‑Interventional study activities.
* Strong skills in organization, project and conflict management, negotiation, and influencing.
* Solid understanding of relevant regulations, company processes and procedures, with ability to assess their impact.
* Initial experience in supplier collaboration on quality topics and supplier oversight.

The remuneration for this position starts at EUR 74,000 gross annual target salary per year (full time). The actual salary package depends on professional experience and qualifications. We will be happy to discuss further details in person.
