In the innovative "Special Lifting Solutions" division, new ideas are put into practice. Each new development undergoes a structured process through all necessary development phases – from the concept phase to series production. This diverse and challenging activity offers the opportunity to continuously contribute to process improvements, both in workflows and design.
Your Responsibilities
* Develop innovative control concepts for hydraulic system solutions from design to implementation;
* Develop customized solutions in close collaboration with customers and suppliers, adhering to harmonized standards;
* Independent design and definition of hydraulic components and parts lists;
* Collaboration with interdisciplinary teams to implement projects.
Your Qualifications
* Completed training in mechanical engineering/mechatronics (HTL, FH, TU);
* Experience in the development of hydraulic systems;
* Experience with EPLAN Fluid, SAP, and in hydraulic simulation is an advantage;
* A team-oriented personality, intercultural competence and a goal-oriented work ethic are required;
* Fluent in written and spoken German and English.

We offer an attractive and performance-related salary based on your qualifications and professional experience, which for this position can be significantly higher than the collective agreement (the collective agreement minimum based on full-time employment is EUR 52,197.04 gross per year).
