Job Responsibilities
Participate in compensation and benefits surveys and conduct job evaluations and salary benchmarks based on market data
Support the implementation of compensation processes into the global Human Resource Information System (Workday)
Advise, support and train European HR Business Partners and stakeholders in compensation & benefits related topics (including pay transparency)
Administer Employee Equity and Profit Participation Program including employee communications, vendor relations, and data quality checks
Support activities to develop, implement and administer new Compensation and Benefits programs and systems (e.g., PayAnalytics, Payfactors)
Support business development by providing market data for green field projects and mergers and acquisitions
Collect economic data, wage guideline information and remuneration data for budgeting and salary review purposes
Qualifications
University degree in economics, business administration, finance or another relevant field
2-3 years of work experience in human resources or consulting, focusing on compensation & benefits
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
Customer service focus and effective communication
Methodological knowledge in compensation & benefits, e.g. job evaluation systems (ideally Mercer methodology)
Excellent proficiency with MS Excel and PowerPoint
Experience with Workday is an advantage
Ability to work independently and in a team
Effective verbal and written communication in English and German
Proven project management skills
High level of integrity, discretion, and confidentiality
Knowledge of European labor and tax law is an asset
Location and Benefits
The position is located in Austria, in Graz or Vienna. Presence of at least three working days per week is required. Home office options and flexible working hours are available. The annual salary for this position is at least €55,000 gross, with potential increases based on experience and qualifications. Profit sharing in the company's success and additional benefits are offered.
