How You’ll Make Your Mark
Your main tasks in this role are:
* You’ll shape the future supply chain for imported fruit and vegetables across all ALDI SÜD countries in Europe
* Analyze current processes and data to define optimal supply chain strategies
* Drive the IT-implementation of new and harmonized processes for an efficient fruit and vegetable supply chain
* Establish best-practice operational standards to streamline sourcing and logistics
* Drive continuous improvement of operational processes for fresh fruit and vegetables
* Collaborate closely with an international team, suppliers, logistics providers, and country organizations
Candidate Profile
The requirements of the role include:
* A completed university degree, ideally in supply chain management
* Expertise in supply chain or purchasing processes in retail, ideally for imported fruit and vegetables
* Hands-on experience in project management and implementation of IT projects
* Strong analytical skills to evaluate and interpret complex data
* Familiar with SAP and S/4 HANA, Tableau and highly proficient with MS Office Tools
* A proactive, can-do attitude, thriving in dynamic and evolving environments
* A structured, reliable, and results-driven approach to work in an international team
* Fluency in business English; additional European languages are a plus

Gross annual salary starting from € 60.900*
*willingness to overpay with appropriate qualification
