Job Description

In this position, you will be responsible for building strong relationships within the Sales team, Clients, and GlobeAir Partners to promote mutual satisfaction. Your daily tasks include:

* Overseeing the sales team's daily operations, including meeting sales targets and objectives.
* Developing and implementing sales strategies to drive growth.
* Establishing a fair 3-month shift roster for the sales team.
* Providing administrative support to accounting and ensuring quality invoice approval processes.
* Monitoring and evaluating performance against KPIs, with feedback and coaching.
* Handling recruitment, onboarding, and training of new team members.
* Conducting team meetings and performance reviews to foster accountability.
* Liaising with departments such as marketing, IT, and operations for alignment.
* Staying current on industry trends to inform sales strategies.
* Setting measurable sales goals aligned with company strategy.
* Utilizing CRM (HubSpot) to increase conversions and improve client relationships.


Support Function

Assist VP Sales & Marketing in developing an annual business plan with objectives, targets, and initiatives, including resource and budget proposals.


Qualifications

Candidates should demonstrate:

* Experience in B2B/B2C sales, negotiation, brokerage, or travel & tourism.
* University Degree in Business Administration, International Business, Economics, or equivalent experience.
* Business Aviation experience is a plus.
* A proven track record in sales.
* Excellent customer service and claim management skills.
* Strong knowledge of Aviation market dynamics.
* Experience leading multicultural teams.
* Effective interpersonal communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
* IT proficiency, including MS Office and relevant tools like Operator, Q2, Leapsome, Personio.
* Problem-solving, decision-making, stress resistance, and flexibility.
* Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven.
* Willingness to work shifts, weekends, holidays, and travel as required.
* Legal right to live and work in Austria.
