As an intern, you will be involved in all three areas and gain a comprehensive overview of the internal processes and challenges of an international company.
Start: December 2025 – 6 to 12 months fixed‑term
Tasks
* Support administrative tasks in day‑to‑day operations.
* Prepare projects independently and carry them out within flight operations and across departments.
* Be involved in the planning and implementation of information sessions and meetings for pilots and colleagues.
* Support digitalisation from the idea to implementation.
* Support the creation of presentations, broadcast texts, videos, graphics and other communication materials for internal communication for pilots.
* Work on various innovation projects.
* Design and organise (cockpit) talent platforms and activities.

Requirements
* You are enrolled for the entire duration of the internship (current certificate of enrollment must be enclosed with the application).
* You are interested in the aviation industry and enjoy familiarising yourself with various topics.
* You have analytical and conceptual thinking skills and strategic understanding.
* You have an open‑minded personality and enjoy communicating with different professional groups within Austrian Airlines.
* You have a high level of problem‑solving skills.
* You are familiar with MS Office applications and have advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
* You are fluent in written and spoken German and English.
* You have an unrestricted work permit for Austria/the European Union.
