We're seeking an exceptional Head of Leadership Development (all humans) to drive our Leadership Development Strategy across Erste Group. In this role, you are reporting to the Head of People Development & Culture, and you'll shape how we develop leaders - ensuring our Leadership Dimensions come to life across all entities.

* Ensure consistent application of leadership principles across all entities
* Bring innovation and fresh thinking to leadership development and offers for experts while ensuring operational excellence
* Design and implement impactful programs that create real behavioral change
* Develop frameworks and tools that support leaders in their daily practice
* Collaborate with colleagues across international entities to scale initiatives and leverage synergies
* Establish data-driven decision-making for all leadership initiatives
* Lead and inspire a diverse team, fostering performance and continuous improvement
* Build capabilities for scalable, high-quality leadership interventions
* Shape the transformation from product-oriented to skills-driven learning offers
* Coordinate annual planning, budgets and resource allocation
* Manage team capacity and prioritize initiatives effectively
* Identify opportunities for innovation and continuous improvement
