Hello, I'm Philippe, sales director for Europe at PREVOR. I am based in Vienna and my mission is to create the strategy, build action plans, allocate resources, drive the evolution of commercial services, and organize the future to develop our business.

I'm currently looking for an executive assistant. (German and English perfctly fluent / French is a plus).


About PREVOR

PREVOR is a French group with a global focus, specializing in the design, production, and distribution of medical devices for human decontamination, as well as environmental decontamination solutions. For over 50 years, we have been delving into the fields of chemistry, biology, and human physiology to understand the essence of toxicology, aiming to provide our customers with products to combat chemical risks.

Our flagship product, Diphoterine, can stop chemical burns within seconds. PREVOR sells its products in 48 countries through distributors and, through dedicated local commercial structures.


Mission

At PREVOR, being an assistant is a key position. I offer you to form a real team with me to take charge of the day‑to‑day organization to free up my time so that I can devote myself fully to managing the sales teams.

To achieve this, you will undergo comprehensive training to understand the company and familiarizing yourself with our specific method, tools, and organization.


Responsibilities

* Draft internal and quality communication media: minutes, letters, notes, procedures, etc.
* Participate in the distribution and archiving of information.
* Participate in the coordination and follow‑up of internal planning: diary organization, e‑mail follow‑up, etc.
* Take charge of the logistical organization of internal events: meetings, audits, etc.
* Handle calls and mail.
* Follow up urgent files, invoicing, and reporting.
* Manage purchases, purchase orders, departmental supplier follow‑up.


Qualifications

Ideally, you have a bachelor's degree (baccalaureus) and 3 to 5 years of experience in the same field. You speak perfectly German and English (speaking and French as well will make a significant difference).


Additional Requirements

* You are polyvalent, you have excellent organizational skills and know how to prioritize. You'll oversee day‑to‑day operations as well as certain events.
* You are a good communicator with good elocution skills, and you know how to disseminate information within an organization.
* You have a good command of the following tasks: making appointments, diary follow‑up, etc.
* The office suite: outlook, word, excel holds no secrets for you. You'll be able to write communication materials, reports, internal memos, and create monitoring and budget tables.
* If you know shorthand, that's a plus for efficiency in the job.

This position does not offer a hybrid work.
