* You will engage regularly with senior leadership and work collaboratively with colleagues across functions and regions, fostering strong partnerships and bringing stakeholders along to drive practical, hands‑on outcomes.
What You'll Bring
* You have a degree from a (technical) college or university, ideally with a specialization in HR management.
* You have worked in consulting (optimally 3-5 years) and bring a strong track record of delivering impact in a fast‑paced, client‑facing environment.
* Your written and spoken English-language skills are excellent, and you are proficient in PowerPoint and Excel.
Key Competencies
* You bring a well‑developed consulting skill set, including structured problem solving, data analysis, and clear, compelling communication and storylining.
* You have proven experience driving projects—from problem definition to implementation—and demonstrate a high level of ownership, reliability, and quality in your work at all times.
* You bring a passion for people topics, with the ability to quickly build depth and develop structured, forward‑looking concepts.
* You communicate with clarity and confidence across seniority levels, with a strong sense for nuance and stakeholder dynamics.
