Your Role Key responsibilities in your new role * Develop leading-edge wafer technology to realize new power devices addressing application needs while meeting performance, cost, andquality targets * Drive experiments from the process split definition to the realization in the clean room and validation in the laboratory, analyze available in-line metrology and electrical test data * Drive necessary reliability investigations and electrical characterization, application tests to validate the performance and therobustness of the product * Ensure process stability and quality of the manufacturing route for mass-production release * Collaborate proactively with the project team, providing regular updates on development progress and implementing risk mitigation strategies to drive project success and ensure timely achievement of objectives Your Profile Qualifications and skills to help you succeed As a collaborative and open-minded team player, you excel at communicating effectively and proposing innovative solutions that think outside the box. Your analytical mindset and structured approach enable you to tackle problems efficiently, rounding out your profile as a versatile and results-driven professional. * A university degree (Master, PhD) in Physics, Electrical Engineering or Material Sciences * First experience in the field of semiconductor device technology development (clean room experience, design of experiments, statisticalprocess control, process control monitor design / layout, wafer-levelreliability test and electrical characterization, failure analysistechniques, TCAD simulations, IP generation etc.) * Semiconductor physics and process integration knowledge * The ability to c ommunicate efficiently in English and German, both written and spoken We offer competitive salaries and additional benefits based on your performance, experience and qualification.
