Your Responsibilities
* Cost calculation and analysis: Calculation and analysis of production and manufacturing costs of steel construction components
* Purchasing support: Assistance in supplier negotiations based on best cost calculations with Teamcenter Product Cost Management
* Identification of cost optimization potentials
* Close collaboration with purchasing, product development, and production
* Expert and point of contact for product cost issues in your area of responsibility
Your Qualifications
* Completed education (HTL, FH, TU) in mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, or a comparable field
* Relevant professional experience in purchasing price negotiations, design-to-cost
* Teamwork skills: Interdisciplinary cooperation with development departments, purchasing, SCM, production, quality, and controlling
* Experience with data preparation and processing (SAP, Excel, Power BI)
* Good command of spoken and written English, German would be a plus
