Responsibilities
* Lead an agile Scrum team and guide them towards success.
* Work on projects using agile methodologies such as Scrum and test‑driven development.
* Expand your knowledge and experience by working on various exciting projects and sharing your expertise with the team.
* Apply your communication skills in a diverse team environment.
* Be the go‑to person for technical questions and provide technical support to your team members.
* Ensure that the project adheres to our technical quality standards, such as test‑driven development.
* Design sustainable state‑of‑the‑art software solutions.
* Provide technical leadership to your team members and guide them in their professional growth.
* Constantly develop and improve your tech‑stack and architecture know‑how.
Qualifications
* Proficiency in designing and communicating software architecture in cloud systems to all stakeholders.
* Ability to estimate the financial impact of architecture alternatives.
* In‑depth knowledge of analytics, object‑oriented programming (OOP), design patterns, and modularization.
* Hands‑on experience with container technologies (Kubernetes) and ideally also with hyperscalers (Azure, AWS, Google).
* Joy for coding, especially with Java/Kotlin, Spring Boot, and Angular.
* Familiarity with the books “Release It” and “Software Architecture for Developers.”
* Extensive experience in developing software applications with Java for years.
* Detail‑oriented with an ability to keep track of the big picture.
* Fluency in both German and English.
