WHAT DO WE EXPECT FROM YOU?
We’re hiring a Regional Commercial Leader to drive Suzano’s fluff commercial strategy and scale the business across the EMEA region. This role is all about building long-term customer partnerships, ensuring exceptional service delivery, and aligning regional performance with global sales goals. You’ll act as the key liaison between customers and Suzano, lead strategic initiatives, monitor team results, and collaborate closely with regional offices. A core focus of this role will also be business development and driving growth in fluff sales across the region. Frequent travel is expected as part of this dynamic and impactful position.
QUALIFICATIONS:
* Bachelor’s degree in business administration, economics, or relevant field.
* Minimum 8 years of experience of solid experience in sales, new business negotiation and team leadership.
* English fluency in speaking and writing is a must. Other languages are a plus.
* Prior work experience and expertise of fluff / pulp industry or any other relevant product related to hygienic products such as SAP or nonwoven.
* Excellent track record in dealing with FCMG, hygienic companies as customers in the region.
* Strong business acumen, able to build professional relationships at all organizational levels.
* Innovative personality with pragmatic working style and problem-solving attitude.
WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO:
* Own and grow key customer relationships across the EMEA region
* Lead new business initiatives and identify high-potential opportunities
* Develop and execute sales strategies to meet revenue and profitability goals
* Negotiate contracts and pricing with a focus on long-term value
* Lead and mentor a small, high-performing sales team
* Collaborate with marketing, logistics, technical, and customer service teams
* Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer insights
* Oversee forecasting, reporting, and performance tracking
* Ensure smooth commercial operations and high-quality standards
* Manage receivables, credit risk, and payment collections
We are pleased to offer an attractive compensation and benefits package for this role, which includes:
* A competitive base salary starting at €125,000 gross per year.
* The opportunity to earn yearly a maximum achievable bonus of up to € 62,000 gross.
* Meal allowance monthly €280 gross monthly
* Private pension plan at 12% monthly salary (12 times a year)
* Transport ticket for the Vienna region

* Hybrid work possibility (2-3 days of home office per week) in our modern office
