Technical Project Manager (m/f/d)

Role Overview
In an increasingly hybrid and multi‑cloud IT environment, the Technical Project Manager combines technical expertise, methodological excellence, and customer focus to successfully drive complex transformation projects.
Responsibilities
* End‑to‑end project management from initiation through planning, execution, monitoring, and project closure.
* Management of cloud and infrastructure projects with focus on VMware Cloud Foundation (VCF) and Microsoft Azure & Amazon Web Services (AWS) in hybrid/multi‑cloud scenarios.
* Implementation of structured project governance: scope, risk, quality, change management, stakeholder & communication management, financial & KPI reporting.
* Application of established project‑management methodologies (Waterfall, PRINCE2) and agile/hybrid (Scrum, agile delivery).
* Support sales activities through project and migration concepts, effort estimates, roadmaps, resource models.
* Active contribution to delivery standards, best‑practice, continuous improvement.
Qualifications
* At least 3 years of hands‑on experience in managing IT, cloud or infrastructure projects.
* Solid technical understanding in virtualization & software‑defined data centers, VMware (especially VCF), Azure and/or AWS, and Kubernetes.
* Experience leading interdisciplinary, hybrid project teams.
* Structured, analytical working style with strong customer & results orientation.
* Excellent German and English skills.
Nice to Have
* Project‑management certifications (PMI, PRINCE2, Scrum).
* Experience in consulting, system integration or enterprise‑service environments and vendor knowledge (VMware, Microsoft, AWS).
