Your Responsibilities:
* You identify and develop new sales opportunities through outbound calls, emails, and social media.
* You qualify potential customers and schedule meetings for our sales team – focusing on companies in the financial services sector.
* You conduct targeted research on potential clients, especially in the areas of tax advisory, auditing, accounting, and banking.
* You carefully maintain our CRM database with all relevant lead and prospect information.
* You track your own KPIs and actively contribute to achieving team goals.
Requirements
What you need:
* 1–3 years of experience in sales or customer support, ideally in a B2B environment
* Interest in financial services and familiarity with SaaS solutions
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Fluency in both English and German; additional European languages are a plus
* Strong organisational skills with great attention to detail
* A proactive mindset – able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
* A positive attitude and a strong drive to meet and exceed sales targets
