On behalf of our client, a 4*S Hotel in Zell am See, Austria, we are looking for a Chef de Partie
Main duties:
1. Prepare mis-en-place for all menus
2. Prepare, cook and present food consistently to hotel / restaurant standards, including staff meals as instructed by Senior Chefs
3. Ensure work areas are kept clean, safe and tidy at all times
The ideal candidate will:
4. Possess 4 years of experience as a Chef de Partie in a 4* or 5* hotel or fine dining restaurant
5. Have strong communication and organisational skills: these are a must as this is a busy, dynamic role.
6. Be flexible to work varying shifts, including weekends, evenings and on occasion, early mornings.
7. Be vaccinated
8. Speak German / English fluently

The minimum salary for the position as Chef de Partie (m/f/d) is EUR 2,650.00 gross per month based on full-time employment. Willingness to overpay.
