* Overall responsibility for the operational and financial success of the spa department
* Leading, motivating and developing the spa team (therapists, reception, fitness)

What You Bring
* A completed qualification in hotel management, wellness management or a comparable qualification
* Several years’ management experience in the spa or wellness sector, ideally in the luxury hotel industry
* An entrepreneurial mindset and a strong grasp of figures
* A strong focus on service and quality
* Excellent communication skills and empathy
* An affinity for topics such as wellness, health and longevity
* Very good command of German and English
* A confident, professional manner
