As a key interface between customers and the Anton Paar Austria service and sales teams, you will be in personal and telephone contact with customers and colleagues. In the medium term, a succession for the Head of Administration role and increase in working hours is planned.
Job Description
Administrative support for the sales team
Independent handling of orders, including order intake, invoicing, correspondence, and filing
Active telephone-based customer support in an internal sales role
Support with logistics, including goods receipt and dispatch as well as inventory management
Maintenance and administration of all customer-relevant data in the system
Support in financial accounting as a substitute/backup
HR responsibilities as a substitute/backup
Qualifications
Commercial education and professional experience with a focus on Finance (FI)
Independent and responsible working style, with a strong solution-oriented mindset and enjoyment of teamwork
Proficient in MS Office, with advanced Excel skills
Very good German and English language skills
Willingness and interest to take on responsibility for the commercial area and the team in the medium term

This position is subject to the collective agreement for employees in the retail sector. The actual salary depends on your professional experience and qualifications. We offer a gross monthly salary starting at EUR 2,676.00 (based on full-time employment of 38.5 hours per week).
