**Responsibilities:**
1. Lead your station independently (e.g., meat, fish, sides, or pastry)
2. Prepare, cook, and plate dishes according to quality standards
3. Ensure smooth operations within your area of responsibility
4. Maintain and monitor hygiene and safety standards (HACCP)
5. Assist in developing new dishes and menus with the kitchen team
6. Guide and train Commis de Cuisine or apprentices
7. Carefully check and store inventory
**Your profile that excites us:**
