Basic salary of at least €60,000 gross per year with performance‑based bonus and equal‑salary certification.
What The Job Is About
As Vending Deployment & Quality Lead, you will build and maintain strong relationships with vending suppliers, manage negotiations, define and implement business development projects, and ensure high‑quality after‑sales service.
Develop and negotiate the annual budget with third‑party suppliers.
Communicate plans, best practices, deliverables and timelines to stakeholders.
Collaborate with national and international partners, supporting the regional sales team.
Oversee the rollout of commercial activities, measure success and provide sales forecasts and progress reports.
Lead after‑sales excellence: resolve service cases, monitor performance and drive continuous improvement.
Partner with vending machine manufacturers to innovate new solutions.
Track service KPIs, analyze root causes and implement improvements.
Manage costs and budgets to maximize profitability.
Work closely with external partners to maintain top‑tier service quality.
Your Profile
Degree in business administration, marketing, economics or a comparable qualification.
At least 3 years of professional experience in a similar role (key account management, sales, brand retail).
Strong project management, organisational skills and customer‑oriented mindset.
Excellent self‑management and proven drive for results.
Strong communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills.
Proficient in MS Office (especially PowerPoint, Excel).
Fluent in German and English (written and spoken).
Willingness to travel frequently to Italy (approximately once a month); Italian language skills a plus.
Driving licence class B; company car provided for business and private use.
