Are you an experienced insurance operations leader ready to build something from the ground up? We're seeking a passionate and strategic Operations Manager to lead the Customer Service & Claims function for our new Pet Health Insurance division.
Reporting directly to the General Manager, you'll lead the end-to-end operations of our Customer Service and Claims functions - shaping systems, enhancing performance, and delivering a truly customer-first experience.
