Job Description:
Your tasks:
4. Management and responsible organisation of the flexible childcare "SpielRäume" and the holiday childcare programmes (recruiting and training of childcare staff, staff deployment planning, team coordination and development)
5. Contact point for parents and university bodies in matters relating to childcare at the university
6. Participation in strategic development planning and the implementation of projects for the expansion of university childcare or projects that affect it
7. Public relations
Your profile:
8. Completed Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification
9. Completed relevant Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification, ideally training as a pedagogical specialist (e.g. diploma examination for elementary education, diploma examination for kindergartens)
10. Organisational talent, ability to set up, coordinate and lead professional childcare teams
11. Relevant expertise in childcare issues
12. Ability to work independently in a goal- and result-orientated manner
13. Good IT skills (word processing, databases, internet)
14. Good knowledge of German and English
15. Ideally relevant previous professional experience
16. Communication and counselling skills, ability to work under pressure, ability to work in a team

For this position in job group IIIb, a minimum gross salary of € 1.536 per month (14 times)* is stipulated in the collective agreement. Your actual starting salary will depend on your previous experience and will increase over the course of your employment.
