Join us as the Head of Real Estate (m/f/d) for South East Europe, where you will play a pivotal role in optimizing asset and property management strategies across a diverse geographical region. How You’ll Make An Impact
You will develop and implement strategic asset management plans that align with regional objectives and enhance operational efficiency
Collaborate with tenants and stakeholders to ensure effective property management and identify opportunities for expansion and consolidation
Lead project management efforts, ensuring adherence to quality standards and timely delivery of project milestones
Analyze portfolio performance and implement strategies to optimize asset value and operational effectiveness
Drive innovation and improvement initiatives, working closely with cross‑functional teams to enhance service delivery and stakeholder satisfaction
What You Bring
Bachelor’s degree in real estate or a related degree in the fields of construction with over 10 years of core experience in real estate management, valuation, project management, development, or a combination of these areas or similar significant senior management business experience earned within the energy industry.
5 Years of proven experience in managing a multi national team, ideally with relevant certifications in project management, or, financial project management
You possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders
Excellent proficiency in German and English, with additional language skills being a plus
Willingness to travel on short notice

At Siemens Energy we offer competitive compensation and additional benefits based on your performance, experience and qualification. Due to the Austrian legal regulations, we are obliged to state the minimum salary for this position. Please note that there is a clear willingness for a higher compensation considering your individual expectations, expertise and skills. The minimum salary for this position in the collective agreement for the electrical and electronics industry is in the amount of €105.000 gross/year for a full‑time position (38,5 h/week) including an All‑In compensation package.
