We are seeking an Application Owner – ERP (Microsoft Dynamics) (f/m/d) to manage and evolve the lifecycle of our ERP platform. The role supports the ongoing rollout and subsequent operation of Microsoft Dynamics ERP across core business functions such as Finance, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Quality.
You will act as the key link between our business stakeholders, implementation partners, and IT teams, ensuring the ERP system effectively supports our operations in a regulated environment. This is a hands-on role for someone eager to drive operational excellence and long-term digital enablement in the pharmaceutical sector.
What Your Day To Day Will Look Like
1. ERP Application Ownership & Lifecycle Management:
Act as the application owner for Microsoft Dynamics ERP, overseeing its day-to-day operation, performance, and enhancement throughout its lifecycle.
2. Rollout Support & Stabilization:
Support the ongoing ERP implementation, including data migration, testing, validation, business support, documentation and go-live stabilization. Ensure business continuity during deployment phases.
3. Stakeholder Collaboration:
Serve as the central liaison between internal stakeholders (Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Quality) and external implementation partners. Translate business needs into ERP solutions/enhancements.
4. Continuous Improvement & Change Management:
Identify optimization opportunities and lead the implementation of system changes. Manage change requests while maintaining system stability and compliance.
5. Training & Enablement:
Create and deliver training materials to key users and departments. Foster ERP adoption and empower super users in various functions.
6. Compliance & Documentation:
Ensure all ERP processes and changes adhere to GxP and internal validation requirements. Maintain up-to-date process, configuration, and user documentation.
7. Support & Incident Resolution:
Act as second-line support for functional users. Analyze and resolve incidents or escalate to vendors where appropriate.
8. Vendor Management:
Coordinate activities with Microsoft and implementation partners. Ensure SLA compliance and alignment with product roadmaps.
Your Qualifications and Experience
9. Experience: At least 5 years of professional experience in ERP application management or similar roles, preferably in a regulated industry. Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations or Business Central is highly desirable.
10. ERP Process Knowledge:
Strong understanding of key ERP process areas including procure-to-pay, order-to-cash, production planning, and inventory management to name a few.
11. Industry Experience:
Experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, or life sciences companies is a strong asset, particularly working with GxP-relevant systems.
12. Technical Proficiency:
Hands-on experience with ERP system configuration, validation, and integration. Familiarity with Microsoft platform tools (Power automate, Power Apps, PowerBI). Strong understanding of system and application integration concepts (including EDI, APIs, and middleware, Azure AD).
13. Project & Change Management:
Demonstrated success in ERP implementation or rollout support. Skilled in stakeholder coordination and managing change initiatives.
14. Communication & Collaboration:
Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments and explain complex systems to non-technical audiences.
15. Languages:
Fluent in English; German is a plus.

20. Gross annual salary provided for this function is a minimum of EUR 75.000.- based on full-time employment (38,5h/week). Any potential overpayment depends on professional experience and qualifications.
