What you will do:
* Communicate with customers via phone, chat, and e-mail
* Track and follow cases to ensure they are closed efficiently and promptly
* Maintain high customer satisfaction, representing major brands
* Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with partners and show empathy at all times
* Work towards achieving targets set by the client and internal goals
What you will bring:
