Overview
The CSA division supplies sensors that bridge the gap between the world we live in and the digital world of machines. By converting physical signals — heartbeats, sounds, light waves — into data, we enable robots, cars and other devices to interact with people and improve our world. This business thrives on solving complex problems and partnering with global leaders at the forefront of technological advancement. Our goal: to push the boundaries of sensor technology and empower innovators to make the world smarter, healthier and happier.
Responsibilities
* As Product Manager, accountable for the end‑to‑end management of a PMIC (Power Management IC) portfolio — from concept and definition through development, launch, and lifecycle steering — while translating Product Line direction into execution and measurable outcomes.
* Translate Product Line priorities into new product concepts and value propositions for targeted applications.
* Drive portfolio execution across the full lifecycle: definition, development, launch readiness, and lifecycle optimization.
* Build, track, and continuously steer product business justifications across the lifecycle (not “set-and-forget”).
* Orchestrate cross-functional execution (engineering, operations, marketing, sales) to reach pricing, margin, and cost targets.
* Build early proof points with priority customers and focus on PMIC plays such as attached/bundled PMICs, customer‑specific PMICs, and selective open‑market derivatives as described in the strategy materials.
* Greenfield build: you shape a new PMIC portfolio from the ground up.
* Strong strategic backbone: clear direction toward low‑voltage, multi‑channel, and application‑specific PMICs with differentiation potential.
Qualifications
* Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Business Engineering, Engineering Management, or equivalent qualification.
* 5+ years in B2B semiconductor product management (power, analog/mixed-signal, drivers, sensors, or adjacent).
* Proven track record driving business cases, pricing frameworks, and lifecycle steering in matrix organizations.
* Strong customer-facing experience: translating application needs into product concepts and roadmap decisions.
* Comfortable working with engineering on trade-offs (performance/cost/schedule) and with commercial teams on positioning and funnel progress.
* Structured mindset: execution discipline, KPI steering, and fact-based prioritization.
* Excellent spoken and written English; basic understanding of German is a plus.
