We are seeking a strategic and experienced Head of IT to lead our IT function, ensuring robust infrastructure, security, and operational excellence aligned with group standards and regulatory requirements.
Your Responsibilities:
* Regulatory & Group IT Compliance:
Ensure governance of IT operations in line with RBI Group and regulatory standards, including security and IT risk management. Serve as the primary contact for internal and external audits
* Security & Business Continuity:
Act as Chief Security Officer, managing IT security, risk, incident management, and business continuity planning
* IT Delivery Management:
Oversee infrastructure projects (cloud and non-cloud), manage non-customer facing banking IT capabilities, and drive operational excellence and scalability
* Intermediary Role:
Facilitate communication and governance between the RBI Group and RRI LLC, ensuring compliance and smooth IT operations
* Vendor & Partner Management:
Manage IT partners, vendors, SaaS solutions, and group-provided systems
* Strategic Advisory:
Support the CEO and Board of Management on strategic IT topics, including AI and emerging technologies
* Team Leadership:
Build, develop, and lead a skilled IT team, fostering a culture of continuous learning, motivation, and adaptability
* Budget Management:
Oversee the IT unit's budget and resource allocation
Your Qualifications:
Essential:
* Degree in IT or equivalent work experience (minimum 5 years)
* At least 5 years in a leadership role within IT
* Expertise in IT finance, controlling, IT Resilience (eg DORA) and outsourcing
* Strong process management and design skills
* Proven general management and operational capabilities with a hands-on approach
Desirable:
* Understanding of banking processes
* Experience in project and program management
* Background in change and transformation initiatives
* Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to align and orchestrate teams
* Excellent communication skills, including cross-cultural communication
