Job Description:
* Dealer/Distributor Channel Development and Management: Familiar with the European automotive distribution system. Develop and manage dealers, sales outlets, and after-sales service networks. Organize and coordinate marketing resources. Conduct in-depth research and analysis of the Austrian market, identify market trends, competitor activities, and potential growth areas. Develop and implement sales plans.
* Pricing and Marketing Strategy: Understand the entire vehicle value chain to guide and support market pricing. Familiar with formulating commercial policies and financial schemes. Guide local market brand promotion activities.
* Negotiation and Contract Management: Lead commercial negotiations, prepare quotations and sales contracts. Ensure all contracts comply with Austrian laws and internal company regulations.
* Internal Collaboration: Work closely with headquarters and other company departments or parks to adjust and define sales strategies accordingly. Provide valuable frontline market feedback to support product development and service decisions.
Qualification:
* Education: Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
* Work Experience: Minimum 7 years of experience in sales is preferred. Possession of established customer and business networks in Austria and surrounding markets is preferred. Experience in automotive industry sales management, marketing, or media is preferred.
* Language Skills: Proficiency in German and English is preferred, with German as the working language.
* Professional Skills: Excellent negotiation skills. Proficient in sales-related software and the Microsoft Office suite is preferred.
* Personal Attributes: Strong self-motivation and self-management skills. Driven, with strong execution skills and commitment to achieving goals is preferred.
