Responsibilities:
1. Manage and grow customer relationships within assigned territories in the CEE region
2. Develop and implement sales strategies aligned with KLA’s regional and global objectives
3. Strengthen and expand the Channel Partner and Distributor network
4. Identify new business opportunities and drive market development initiatives
5. Collaborate with internal stakeholders (e.g. Marketing, Product Management, Customer Service) to ensure seamless execution
6. Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions
7. Represent the company at trade shows, industry events, and customer meetings
8. Ensure accurate reporting and forecasting through CRM and sales tools
9. Support pricing and contract negotiations in alignment with company guidelines
10. Contribute to cross-regional best practice sharing and continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications:
11. Proven experience in sales, preferably in a technical or industrial environment
12. Strong understanding of sales processes and customer engagement strategies
13. Demonstrated ability to work independently with a structured and goal-oriented approach
14. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
15. Fluent in English; additional CEE languages are a plus
16. Willingness and ability to travel extensively across the region
17. High level of self-motivation and resilience in a dynamic market environment
18. Experience with CRM systems and data-driven sales planning is an advantage
