Job Description
Main objectives:
* Quality support during the development phase Hardware/Firmware/Software
* Continuous product improvement Hardware/Firmware/Software
* Continuous improvement of processes and the management system
* Assuring product quality along the supply chain
* Complaint management
* Implement proper corrective and preventive measures
* Reduce field returns
Responsibilities:
* Collect details to complaints/field returns
* Align all relevant departments and schedule action items
* Provide or create root cause analysis (depending on nature of the root cause)
* Provide 8D reports
* Manage sample collection
* Align replacement parts with Planning Dpt and Logistic
* Execute supplier audits
* Continuous improvement of product quality, process efficiency and the existing management system
Qualifications
Education
* Technical degree in the field of electronics/communications engineering (HTL, FH, TU)
Experience
* At least 2 years of experience in a manufacturing company or testing department desired
* Experience in designing internal processes and improving management systems
* Good understanding of test and manufacturing processes for electronic devices
Skills/Abilities
* Fluent German and good knowledge of English
* Ability to work in a team
* Independent and solution-oriented working style
