In this responsible and versatile position as an HR Generalist (f/m/d), you will support our HR team in day-to-day operations across the entire employee life cycle – from recruiting and onboarding to offboarding.
Job Description
Supporting HR Business Partners in the areas of recruiting, talent acquisition, and personnel development
Preparing and analyzing HR reports and evaluations in recruiting, onboarding, and offboarding
Supporting and contributing to employer branding and personnel marketing initiatives
Assisting in the organization and execution of onboarding events and HR activities
Collaborating on exciting HR projects, e.g., HR system implementations, process optimizations, and digitalization projects within HR
Qualifications
Completed commercial education (e.g., business college, Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, HR Management, or similar)
At least 2 years of professional experience as an HR Generalist, HR Specialist, or in Human Resources
Basic knowledge of Austrian labor law
Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel) and strong affinity for ERP and HR systems
Excellent German and English skills, both written and spoken
Team player with strong interpersonal skills
Empathetic, solution-oriented, and professional communication skills
Highly structured, precise, and independent working style
Absolute discretion and trustworthiness
