You like to be on the construction site and always have the big picture in mind? You want to contribute your know-how in an interdisciplinary team? Your strengths lie in coordination, leadership, and motivation of different stakeholders? As a Construction Manager (w/m/d) Data Center (CSA), you will take over the overall responsibility for the construction of a data center.

Aufgaben
* Overall responsibility as Construction Manager CSA (infrastructure, construction, completion) for the realization and commissioning of a large construction site in the field of data centers
* Ensuring the timely, qualitatively, and cost-effectively processing of the construction and commissioning phase of the project on site
* Planning, controlling, and coordinating complex construction processes and resources, taking into account the specific requirements of data centers
* Content and organizational leadership responsibility for project teams in different specialist areas and subcontractors
* Ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and occupational health and safety measures, including regular monitoring
* Regular reporting to customers (in English) and overall project management
* Active and continuous optimization of internal processes and procedures, as well as training of process participants
* Active and sustainable participation in occupational safety
Qualifikationen
* Completed degree in civil engineering, industrial engineering, architecture, or a comparable qualification
* 8-10 years of professional experience in construction management of large projects in the areas of data centers or industry required
* Experience in controlling projects with high technical requirements
* Experience in leading and controlling a variety of project participants
* Independent and responsible working method, as well as assertiveness, communication strength, team ability, and resilience
* Secure German and English language skills in word and writing (project language English)
* Ideally, knowledge of dealing with English-speaking clients and their customs
* Willingness to work predominantly on site at the large construction site
* High consulting competence and an existing network in the construction industry
We offer you an attractive, market-compliant salary package according to your qualification and experience, starting at € 65,000,- per year. According to the legal requirement, we are obligated to state the collective agreement minimum salary, which is € 3,069.98 (full-time).
