Position: Business Development Manager (Low Pressure) - CSE Region, Vienna
Atlas Copco is seeking an ambitious and motivated professional for the low-pressure sector within our Oil Free Division. This role offers the opportunity to make a significant impact in a dynamic and multicultural region, including Austria, Hungary, Slovenia, Croatia, and Bosnia-Herzegovina.
Your Responsibilities:
1. Develop and increase market share for a defined product range in both established and new market segments and applications.
2. Monitor and analyze competitors' activities.
3. Manage existing and potential customers (e.g., engineering firms or plant operators in industrial and municipal water management, as well as customers with low-pressure applications in general industry).
4. Develop technical and energy-efficient solutions and handle public tenders.
5. Support the sales team with offers in the low-pressure sector.
6. Engage with the Aftermarket to ensure comprehensive customer satisfaction.
7. Continuously report on all sales activities using our C4C - SAP CRM System.
8. Participate in seminars, trade shows, and other marketing activities.
Qualifications Needed:
1. Completed education in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, mechatronics, industrial engineering, or a comparable technical qualification.
2. Several years of experience in selling complex capital goods, ideally with market and product knowledge in compressed air technology.
3. Negotiation skills, an open and convincing demeanor.
4. Independent, success-oriented work ethic, initiative, and team spirit.
5. A desire for personal growth and learning.
6. Proficiency in MS Office and SAP.
7. Fluent in German and English, both spoken and written.
8. Willingness to travel within the sales region.
