Innofreight has been successfully developing innovative wagons, containers and unloading systems for rail freight transport for over 20 years. We are a growing company that places great importance on having a modern HR department. To strengthen our team, we are looking for a dedicated HR Assistant (m/f/d) who enjoys taking on responsibilities in both recruiting and administrative HR processes.
Your area of responsibility
* Support throughout the entire recruiting process (job postings, applicant management, pre-screening, scheduling)
* Participation in initial interviews alongside HR executives
* Maintenance and further development of our applicant management system
* Review and preparation of monthly reports (working hours, absences, etc.)
* Interface with tax advisors and external payroll processing
* Maintenance of personnel master data and documents
* Support with onboarding and offboarding processes
* Preparation of confirmations, analyses, and HR reports
* Organization of training sessions and internal meetings
* Ongoing process improvement
* Management and further development of the internal learning platform
* Contact person for employees regarding HR-related questions
Your profile
* Completed education, ideally with a background in HR and at least 3 years of experience as an HR assistant
* Basic knowledge of payroll accounting is a plus; ideally, completion of a payroll accounting course
* Basic knowledge of labor law required
* Structured, precise, and reliable work style
* Strong communication skills and a passion for working with people
* Proficiency in MS Office and Outlook
* Experience with the BMD NTCS ERP system is a plus

We offer an annual gross salary on a full-time basis starting at €42,000.00 (based on the collective agreement for logistics and freight forwarding), with a willingness to pay above the standard rate for candidates with relevant experience and qualifications.
