We are seeking a highly organized and results-driven Solution Project Lead to lead and coordinate software projects from initiation through delivery. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent communication skills, and proven experience managing cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities:
1. Develop comprehensive project plans outlining scope, goals, timelines, resources, and budgets
2. Coordinate with stakeholders to define project requirements and technical specifications
3. Execute project plans, monitor progress, and adjust as necessary to ensure project milestones are met
4. Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize project disruptions
5. Proactively address issues and obstacles to keep projects on track and within scope
6. Allocate resources effectively to support project goals and timelines
7. Coordinate with resource managers to ensure appropriate staffing levels and skill sets are available for project tasks
8. Maintain accurate project documentation, including project plans and status reports
9. Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project progress, including key milestones, risks, and mitigations strategies
10. Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices
11. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
12. Demonstrated leadership abilities, including the ability to motivate and inspire team members to achieve project goals
13. Experience with risk management, quality assurance, and resource allocation
14. Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
15. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with keen attention to detail

Your qualifications and skills:
16. Bachelor’s degree in engineering, project management, or a related technical management field. Advanced degree preferred
17. Previous cloud software design contributor experience
18. Experience as a Project Manager in full product development lifecycle projects from design inception to final production release
19. Managerial skills, such as working with teams, scheduling, budgeting, and planning skills
20. PMP certification or equivalent is a plus
21. Experience with JIRA or a similar Project Management tool is a must
