Role and Responsibilities As an Order Handling Specialist, you will be responsible for the entire order processing workflow – from order entry and the management of framework agreements through to invoicing. In doing so, you will ensure the highest commercial standards are met and create added value for our customers.
The work model for the role is onsite with 10 home office days a month.
Your day-to-day work
Providing professional customer support – by phone and email
Ensuring delivery deadlines are met and customer expectations are fulfilled
Maintaining master data and optimizing administrative processes
Supporting the field sales team and working together to resolve operational challenges
Qualifications
Completed commercial apprenticeship at A-level standard
Excellent communication skills and a service-oriented approach
Knowledge of SAP SD/LE would be an advantage
A meticulous approach to work and a good understanding of numbers
Willingness to take on responsibility
Ability to work independently and take initiative, as well as a team spirit
Very good knowledge of MS Office
Written and spoken German and English

Compensation The minimum compensation, in accordance with the electrical and electronics industry collective agreement, is 48,289.92 EUR annual for a full-time position as of May 2026. We can discuss your compensation package in relation to your qualifications and experience.
