Principal Responsibilities
Lead and manage the Accounting team both professionally and disciplinarily
Oversee all accounting and tax matters for five entities in the DACH region and Singapore
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with UGB and IFRS
Act as the key point of contact and interface for tax advisors and auditors
Drive ongoing accounting projects and respond to ad-hoc inquiries
Support the execution and documentation of intercompany transactions
Independently enhance internal processes and ensure compliance
Contribute to international strategic special projects
Handle treasury-related activities
Position Requirements
Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Tax; tax advisor certification is a plus
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a tax consultancy or in accounting/tax within a corporate environment
Leadership experience preferred but not mandatory
Strong expertise in Accounting & Tax
Familiarity with ERP systems such as BMD, NetSuite, or SAP
Solid IFRS knowledge
Excellent German and English skills, both written and spoken
Self-driven, solution-oriented, and a strong team player
Interest in digitalization and AI
