We are seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Services Supervisor to join our Finance team in Parramatta.
In this full-time role, you will lead and develop a small team, ensuring efficient and accurate administration across key functions such as vendor management, billing, payments, and compliance reporting.
You will also play a key role in process improvement initiatives and act as 2IC to the National Accounts Payable & Services Manager.
In your new role, you will:
* Lead, supervise, mentor, and manage the AP Services team.
* Oversee vendor onboarding, billing, purchase card and fuel card administration.
* Ensure compliance with company policies and internal controls.
* Prepare and deliver accurate reporting for key stakeholders.
* Drive process improvement and support change management projects.
* Manage internal and external audit requirements.
This is a great fit for you if you have:
* Proven experience leading a small team (essential)
* 2+ years' experience in a senior AP role or senior administration role with AP exposure.
* Proficiency in SAP (preferred) and advanced MS Excel skills.
* Experience in process improvement and change management.
* Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
