Key Responsibilities
1. Perform ticket checks and verify passenger travel documents
2. Provide assistance and guidance to passengers during the journey
3. Ensure passenger safety, comfort, and service quality on board
4. Handle operational and on-board service duties as per railway regulations
5. Respond to passenger inquiries and manage situations professionally
6. Maintain high standards of customer service and safety compliance
Salary: Approx 3000000 INR LPA
Requirements
• Minimum age: 18 years
• Minimum Secondary Education (10th/12th standard)
• Willingness to work shifts (nights/weekends/holidays)
• Driving license B is an advantage
